1. Scope<\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers or entrepreneurs via our online shop puramouv.com.
\nDeviating conditions are not recognised unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.<\/p>\n

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract<\/h3>\n

The purchase contract is concluded with Puramouv.<\/p>\n

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. The contract is concluded as soon as you click the “Buy now” button during the ordering process.<\/p>\n

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your order immediately by e-mail.<\/p>\n

3. Prices and shipping costs<\/h2>\n

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.<\/p>\n

For cross-border deliveries, additional customs duties, fees or taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery and shipping<\/h3>\n

Delivery is made within the EU to the delivery address you have provided.
\nThe delivery times are indicated in the shop. Should products not be available at short notice, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.<\/p>\n

Should a delivery fail due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred as a result.<\/p>\n

5. Payment<\/h3>\n

The payment methods offered in the shop are available, including as a rule:

The statutory warranty rights apply.
\nIn the event of obvious defects, a notification is required within 7 days of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n

8. Liability<\/h3>\n

We have unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health as well as for intent and gross negligence.<\/p>\n

For slight negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage.<\/p>\n

Any further liability is excluded.<\/p>\n

10. Final provisions<\/h3>\n

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
